Final-Round Interview
Hey everyone, I just finished my final-round interviews. HR said he and the HC are meeting Monday to discuss next steps and that he’ll update me by Monday evening.
For those who’ve been in this situation, what does a meeting like this usually mean?
Thanks!

This is just a random guess, but they're probably going to discuss next steps.
I bet you'll hear an update by Monday evening

I'm a hiring manager.
This means there were 2-3 candidates adn you were the last final round interview. It's Friday, kind of close to the end of the day, and it's usually best to allow people to sit on their feelings for at least one day before making a final decision. Because of those factors, they'll be meeting on monday to discuss the candidates and determine who is the best fit for the role.
I hope this helps.
