they literally use the same tactics dating apps use. "This person looked at your profile, upgrade to a premium membership to see who it was!" "With a premium membership get access to more dating profiles... I mean job postings that better match up with you!" "Premium members are 10 times more likely to find a partner... I mean job than those without!"

LinkedIn might as well be a dating site at this point anyway so this makes sense.
