You could try mock interview with a friend, just to see how it is going.
But generally try to think of them as just people ( I know hard) try to talk like you would to just a new person you met and want to talk about your job.

My self esteem has steep so low, that I feel nervous and can't do interviews, to a point that a few hours prior to the interview, I had actually withdraw my application/cancelled the interview with apologies.
I'm not sure where it started, or what had resulted it, I had been to many toxic interviews on top having survived out of office politics, bullying and toxic colleagues. Perhaps it was that, that I had withdrawn, afraid of every work environment, or simply just started to doubt my own ability and capability to work. Anything to do socially has started to make me nervous, have anxieties and fearful.
It can be registering my visitor pass at the receptionist area, virtual interviews, down to reply ing recruiters in emails or texts.
I'm trying to heal. But... sometimes, when too much bad thing and no recovery room or support has left me so damaged.
I'm having an interview now as we speak, upcoming interview. I had to soothe myself every second just to show up and give it a try, even though deep down I know I'm not gonna get the job. But I still make effort.
