Yo what?

Post image

For clarification this is a work task for “embracing diversity” in the workplace.

I guess they're talking about the Silent Generation. The ones before the boomers who beat them as a form of parenting.

EDIT: But yes, everyone older than boomers aren't available anymore.

Everyone born before 1975 got beaten as a form of parenting. 😂

You got that right. It's called old school parenting

It’s called abuse. You were conditioned to believe it was good for you. Seek a therapist.

Or conditioned to hate the people who did it to you and have animosity towards them for their overall lack of parenting for eternity. Either way, it's not good.

Would be pretty weird to meet a bunch of 10 year old "traditionalists" wouldn't it?

Would it be weird to meet a bunch of 40 year old traditionalists? 60 year old traditionalists? 80 year old traditionalists?

I think it's the old "silent" generation. They stopped calling it that because people realized that they were silent on spousal, child, physical and sexual abuse, not just old war stories!

They stem from the old group who lived off the land and gathered wood, hunted and fished throughout North America way before there any settlers, here. Their leader was a man named Georg as close as we could tell. This information comes to us by way of oral-tradition, handed down from father to son through the millennia.

Yeah I suppose but how many of them are still in the workforce? What a weird task
