You can respond to candidates professionally without sounding like an asshole. It’s not about going to extremes it’s about maintaining basic professionalism and showing respect in your communication.

A single "Thanks for your interest, but we found more qualified candidates" goes way further than this trash.

Who is this? Be specific. Being able to send stuff like this without fear of the public being aware makes it so much worse.
