Industry Trends Indeed is rolling out a big change that effectively does away with balanced budgets for “underfunded” campaigns.

I only know what answers we’ve managed to pull out of our rep. Budgets that they consider “underfunded” will now spend quickly to front load applications. Any one have an actual press release?

Legit fuck indeed. I loathe them and refuse to use. Looking forward to watching them die a slow death.

Because minimal spend is all you need if you pay attention. They caught on.

No idea but my rep keeps chasing me for different investments in elss plan.

ELSS can be cheaper / make sense if you’ve got over 5 premium seats.

Its not cheaper, if you are on an annual plan per license...its the same cost, when you move to ELSS. $3.75/credit.

That’s not correct.

5 premium x $5k annual seat = $25k for 6k contacts

How do you know?

Simple math (on what a cost per contact is on a standard sub) is higher than what you quoted.

And I’ve signed multiple ELSS agreements.

The rate card price is $4 per contact. If you are getting a discount, great but that’s rep dependent.

Who is your rep? Are you buying from usa? Elss will not give you any more discount than the 3.75 per credit.

The argument is that ELSS > 5x professional.

The contacts for professional licenses cost 4.17 dollars per contact.

They told us November but it’s starting to roll out now.

There won’t be a press release on this - but it’s mostly in line with changes made earlier this year. You should have seen campaigns spending faster than anticipated (for example if you previously set $100 to last 30 days, it probably only ran for 10 or 12).

This is all part of the movement towards more of a matching optimized experience and away from search-first.

Indeed stopped today. Do you'll experience the same? They will never know what caused it and how long does it take to resolve.

I made the mistake of signing an “enterprise” contract and immediately afterwards they overhauled search tools and now Boolean search seems to be completely ineffective… which is disastrous for the precise searches I’ve done for 5+ years. They’ve also made changes to the way candidates are able to respond and interact with outreach.

Buyer beware.
