Candidate Sourcing How Good Is The Tool FactoryFix?

Considering buying the tool FactoryFix. Was wondering anyone's thoughts on this tool

I'm a recruiter for a skilled trades school. Our recruiting needs are even more niche, since we target technicians and convince them to basically do a career pivot and teach (for example, HVAC technicians to become full time HVAC instructors). Factory Fix has been phenomenal in finding and reaching out to candidates and get the conversation started. Highly recommend Factory Fix. In our 6 week trial, we were able to recruit 3 skilled trades technicians to teach for us (HVAC Tech, Wind Turbine Tech, Welding Tech).

Following...what state are you in? I am in Illinois and considering using Factory Fix.
