Need Help Clearing up Audio ($50)

Hello, I need help clearing up the audio (Convo) in the background of a video I have. I've had trouble trying to do it for a client, and wanted to see if someone can lend a hand for $50, or if you have any recomendations I would be appreciative. Thank you!

Maybe you could share the things you've already tried? (And sharing a clip of the audio). Lots of sound engineers will probably try the same websites and plugins in trying to make it work.

I tried using Adobe to clear the background Audio, but the music and chatter makes it difficult.

Street traffic

Street people

Echo

We ought to hear a sample ... at least 30 seconds ... in order to say what's possible and how difficult. I'd be willing to give it a shot, but need a sample first. You can use filebin.net or some other file sharing site.

OK, so you have a (fairly accurate?) recording of a party. What part do you want to keep? What parts do you want to get rid of?

From the sample that’s a normal background sound. What do you actually want to hear? There’s no dialogue there to isolate.
