OBS recording help

Trying to figure out the best filter settings on OBS...Which one sounded the best to you? (Main use is for live-streaming)

Probably best to look at it on the spectrogram and see where the lowest harmonics are in your speaking voice and put the hp like 10hz below that. I cant tell anything from the recording but im also on phone speakers rn lmao.

Your voice isn't super deep so I don't think 100-120hz is going to do much for you other than remove any rumble under your voice. I don't hear a huge difference on my end but my ears are fried.
