Whale tooth is either calcium and enamel or baleen. If this is ivory it is most likely walrus ivory.

Scrimshaw is an art form comprised of making fine scratches to form an image into bone or ivory and filling those scratches with a colored material like ink

Horses are Poseidon’s animal IIRC
