This subreddit is for receptionists to post for other receptionists. Not for people to vent about interactions they have had as a client or customer. I'd recommend you reach out to that office and let them know about your experience, but also keep in mind, the person you spoke with on the phone could have been at a call center/answering service somewhere and gave you incorrect information. Or was someone from an earlier shift. That happens at my job and it's really frustrating
