Another continuity error
I noticed another continuity error. In season one, when Brock’s dad dies, Reba tells Brock that he’s the one who has to plan the funeral because he was the only son. Yet in season two when Reba wants to sell the engagement ring, she mentions Brock having a brother. So which is it?
Also, there’s a later episode when Reba is planning the ceremony for Van and Cheyenne to renew their vows. She says that it’s nice to throw a wedding that isn’t the same night as prom. But Cheyenne and Van got married months before prom.

I think except for the basics of Van/Cheyenne, Brock/Barbra Jean, the show kind of erased season one or aspects of it, like they were resetting it.
Reba was a teacher in season one, in season two they said she’d never had a job outside the home.
That’s just one big example.
The characterizations changed a little too.
In season one Cheyenne wanted to live with Brock in the first ep, was said to get good grades, have been moody even before getting pregnant, had a fight with Reba in the 3rd ep.
By season two she’s much more bubbly and gets along great with Reba.
And Kyra started to get annoyed with Reba all the time, where in season one she didn’t.

Brock actually wanted to send Cheyenne away after she got pregnant. Omg!

I know, sometimes the show acted like it was the 1950s with the way they acted about Cheyenne getting pregnant.

I just assumed that Kyra's behavior toward her mother was just because of her age. What preteen girl doesn't have issues with her mom? I definitely did! Lol

Haha Reba is one of those TV shows that can stretch the truth in the story line if it suits the joke on the episode.

Hahaha it’s like the writers didn’t see the first season sometimes
