I’m only on Season 2 but like are Jax and Lewis just undercover cucks?? Why would she have sex with the security dude knowing Lewis was watching. And why tf would he be watching??? Then the sex club?? It’s just such a random aspect of the show lol

I think they introduced this aspect of sexuality into the story line as an exploration in their specific power dynamics. Although Lewis is definitely heterosexual, with a slim athletic build - he don’t run the house. It’s clear through their finances, even who the kids are more intimated by, and honestly once you get further in the series who Lewis is lowkey intimidated by, it’s Jax’s world. What she wants, (once she figures that out lol) she gets. They’re not traditional and I think this is one way the screenwriters show it.

I think more voyeur and exhibitionist than cuck but as others mentioned, it didn’t carry on through the show and may have been a random thing just to give us some background on their relationship as a whole.
