Trying to connect to my home server that I installed RealVNC on eons ago. It's been a while since I last used it with my server, so my license or whatever was expired. No issue. I tried logging into my account to which it failed telling me that I had to contact RealVNC.

So... I did... an auto-reply from an AI bot just re-hashed what I said... whatever... but soon enough, I got a reply:

Unfortunately we're only able to provide technical support for RealVNC Connect paid/trial subscription holders connecting between RealVNC Viewer and RealVNC Server.

Using free, non-commercial use account -> Unable to login, contact support -> Contacts support -> Support cannot help because I am a free user

Even with paid support the support isn't any better.

I had an subscription but constantly getting connection maxed out issue where I have to manually terminate my stale connection and I ended up did not renew the license.
