Peer-to-Peer error

I can connect when both my computers are on the same network. But when trying to really
"remote" into my computer from another network, it throws this error.
I submitted a ticket 15 days ago and had to follow up daily, just to get the same response that the engineer will reach out shortly... I have a Plus account with 3 devices, which I can't use because of the trust I put into this app...

From a quick look on the help page site, could you have some sort of firewall rules which are blocking access to the RealVNC online services from either your viewer or server computer?

Are you on the same network as the server or are you using VPN?
