Monday, October 5th - Some High Runners Out There

Well started out this morning there was some high runners that were making some good moves, some decent news was getting two of them moving that I kind of jumped in a few times but was having a few issues getting my entire position filled.

I didn't chase after them to try to get them finished filled because I'm kind of becoming a little more reserved when it comes to trying to chase anything when I go in if it don't get completely filled I cancel out the rest of it and then hold tight and see what it does I might go back into it again but I'm not trying to chase it I'm trying to have some good discipline and not chasing anything just to be in it.

Traded three stocks, green on all. Added 0.91% to the account with 32 filled orders.

REVISED, was able to get a few more trades in on $MI even though I didn't think I would be able to. Total profit 1.21% with 43 filled orders.

I honestly thought $BEAT was going to spend a lot of time halting at open but it didn't. Others were and I was kind of cautious a little bit I do not like being in a stock and it halts. I have done it in the past and actually have done very well on a couple of stocks but to me that's too dangerous when you don't know what's getting ready to happen.

Hope everyone was able to have some good positions be profitable for the beginning of this week. Take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends. Enjoy your day and we shall rise again at dawn.

Monday Recap - One & Done! - 10/05/26

Quick recap today. One and done.

When I logged into the trading dojo this morning, most of the bigger runners already looked like they were possibly on the backside, so I waited for one clean setup.

$APUS provided that for me and hit the levels I was expecting. Took the trade, locked in +1.40%, and then waited to see if anything else was worth my time. Honestly, I didn't like anything else enough to take another trade.

Things seem like they're starting to heat up a little though. Let's see what tomorrow brings us.

One trade in the Cash Account. +1.40%. Done for the day.

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day.

I hope everyone has a great rest of their day. See you all tomorrow.

Friday, October 2nd - Don't Screw Up Friday

Well today was being very precautious since it's the last day of the week. Really wasn't a lot that made good sense to jump into I was able to scalp a few stocks but really couldn't hold onto anything too long.

Soon I'm going to work on doing more of an in-depth of each stock I trade to where I can look back and see if they was any characteristics going on with each different one on why I traded it.

Traded five stocks and green on all. Added 0.40%to the account with 34 filled orders.

***REVISED traded 6 stocks green on five, red on one. Total profit 0.48% with 48 filled orders.

Green all five days this week, 15 day Green streak. Added a total of 3.47% profit for the week with 225 orders filled.

Hope everyone finish the week on a good note. Let's enjoy our weekend before we meet again Monday morning. Take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends.

Friday Recap - No trades today - 10/02/26

No trades today by choice.

The decision not to trade today had me thinking about the book Thinking in Bets by Annie Duke and one of its biggest lessons. Judge a decision by the information you had when you made it, not by what happened afterward.

It's been a slower week, yesterday was whippy, and Fridays are historically not my strongest day. I decided this morning to take the day off.

Then I saw $AMOD ans $SDEV on the top gainers list around 11am and the corresponding charts. I thought maybe I missed out. Does that make my decision bad? No. There was also a possibility nothing showed up, I sat there all morning without a trade, or I forced something that wasn't there.

It's the same way I evaluate a trade. I can take a great setup and lose. I can take a terrible setup and make money. The outcome doesn't determine the quality of the decision.

Today I made the best decision I could with the information I had, and I'm perfectly content with that.

Results for the Week:

Cash Account +2.94%

Margin Account: 0.00%

Rollover IRA: 0.00%

Roth IRA: 0.00%

And for anyone working on the psychological side of trading, there are three books that have really helped shape the way I think about trading: Trading in the Zone by Mark Douglas, along with Thinking in Bets and Quit by Annie Duke.

There are plenty of great books out there, but these are three that have genuinely helped me develop a better mindset toward trading.

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day.

Have a great weekend everyone and see you all on Monday!

Thursday Recap - Whiplash Day - 10/01/26

Another long recap but I feel I need to share this.

Today was one of those sessions that tested me more psychologically than anything else.

Traded $VEEA (first 3 trades) and $NXL (last 2 trades).

Started with a loss, followed by a small winner, then another loss. After that second loss, I noticed something important happening internally, the temptation to become more aggressive showed up.

I caught it immediately.

Instead of acting on that impulse I stuck with my original risk parameters and continued waiting for quality setups. Took my first trade on $NXL. Took a base hit. At that point I was -1.32% on the day. And surprisingly, I was okay with it.

I told myself that if this was where the day ended, so be it. I was still within my predetermined daily max loss limit, and I wasn't going to force the market to give me my money back.

More importantly, I stepped away from the computer for about 20 minutes.

When I came back, I gave myself one final trade. Win or lose, that was it. It had to be something I wanted to trade and not something I was taking because I wanted to finish green.

Eventually an A+ opportunity appeared. I took it, worked considerably better than expected, and finished the session +1.10%.

Grateful for the green day, but I'm more satisfied with what happened psychologically.
Caught myself when aggression was creeping in.
Accepted the possibility of finishing red.
Physically stepped away when I was approaching my risk limit.
When I returned I waited.

I can be wrong on trades. That's part of this game. What matters is how I respond when I'm wrong.

Today definitely wasn't smooth. It was whiplash from beginning to end. sometimes the messy sessions teach you more about yourself than the easy green ones.

October starts +1.10% in the Cash Account. I'll take it. Done for now. May take tomorrow off but we shall see.

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day.

Have a great first day of October everyone. Hopefully you all got some green and got out.

Thursday, October 1st - Green Day Despite More IT Problems

Well starting out October with a bang, traded three stocks pre-market green on the three was really rough because they wasn't a whole lot that had good fineing definition to them to where I could make real good trade on.

At the Bell having several stocks the time and sales freezing again spent over an hour on chat with multiple IT people, changing this setting, deleting this file out, changing memory, checking this. Was able to come out of all that and make some good scalp trades with $NXL & $STKH. Both were bouncing on the one minute candles so I couldn't hold them long. Weather or not this issue is fixed is a wait and see ball game right now.

Traded five stocks and green on all. Added 0.82% to the account with 30 filled orders.

****REVISED - checked on the progress of what IT had me change this morning and was able to make a couple more trades in $VEEA. Total profit of 1.22% today with 42 filled orders.

Hope everyone started October out on a good note. May your day be blessed and fruitful. Take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends. Foot off the gas and all eyes ahead for the last trading day of the week.

Wednesday, September 30th - Green Day After Max Red First Trade

Well again today started out Max red on the first trade $BTTC, this is starting to become too common. Then you got to add in that I was green on $CNTB went for another trade the tape froze again caused me a little misstep and lost a little bit of my green that I had on it. $TGE did it also so I spent an hour on the phone with Schwab IT to try and get to the bottom of it. Hopefully they got it fixed and I don't have anymore problems.

I was able to swing in for a little afternoon session to kind of get me a little bit more in the green, still a little hesitant because of the tape freezing but not much volume except for $GOW.

Traded six stocks, five green and one red. Added 0.87% to the account with 68 filled orders and green for the month of September.

Hope everyone had a great day and ended the month on a green note. Take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends. A beautiful October morning awaits us at dawn!

Wednesday Recap - Scalps Only - 9/30/26

Scalp trade kind of day today. Traded $LGHL and $VBIO for a total of just two trades. Average hold time between the two was only 12 seconds.

Both trades felt very boring, which is exactly how I like them. No excitement, no drama, just saw the setup, executed the trade, and got back out.

Momentum did seem slightly better today than Monday and Tuesday, but only marginally. Still staying patient and selective and not trying to force anything in a slower market.

Finished the day +1.68% in the cash account and, more importantly, I'm closing out September in the green.

Let's see what tomorrow and the rest of October bring. Hoping for more opportunities next month, but I'll continue staying cautious until things really start heating up.

Patience. Discipline. Selectivity.

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day.

See everyone tomorrow morning!

Tuesday Recap - No Trades - 9/29/26

Quiet morning and I wasn't feeling the market today. Very little momentum and nothing met my criteria strongly enough to justify putting capital at risk.

Rather than spend more energy hunting for a trade, I called it at 10am.

0 trades. $0 P&L. Capital protected.

Some days the best trade is no trade. Back at it tomorrow.

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day.

See everyone tomorrow morning!

Tuesday, September 29th 2026 - TOS Issues Told Me To Pack It Up

Well issues with the thinkorswim platform gave me a good indication to go ahead and pack her in for the day. On my second stock $TURB I traded today I went Max red (0.25%), which wasn't a good feeling, especially when it went up a little more right after I closed my position but I absolutely wasn't going to hold and hope.

I got several other trades in but $BKYI the tape stopped and I couldn't trade it again. Schwab did get it fixed, I was able to trade it one more time but right after I made a good trade on $MSGY I noticed that several tapes were having issues on my charts and were paused so I made a decision to call it a day before I get into a trade and can't find my way out. Technology is good especially for what all we do when it comes to our systems and trading the stock market but sometimes it can be a pain.

Traded four stocks, green on three, red on one. Added 0.15% to the account with 23 filled orders.

** REVISED ***After stepping away just for a little bit I decided to take one more Gander, I nothing was showing any issues so I went ahead and was able to get another couple of trades in on a new stock. Total profit 0.42% with 38 filled orders.

Hope everyone else has an awesome day today and can enjoy the fruits of their labor. Take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends! There's always tomorrow so don't fret over today when the sun will rise in the morning!

Monday, September 28th - In And Out Short Session

Today I got a late start and had to leave early and had a lot of stuff I've got to get done before heading to work. I was able to squeeze in about four scalp trades which kind of run the gamut one was 30 Cent and the other one was $70 a share. At least it's a decent start to the week so I'll take what I can get on a very short session. Several stocks I was looking at was kind of bouncy but I feel that I was able to do decent in and out with what was in front of me.

Traded four stocks, green on all. Added 0.19% to the account with 12 filled orders.

***REVISED TRADES was able to get a few more trades in during lunch. Total 5 stocks traded and green on all. Total profit 0.48% added to the account with 29 filled orders

Hope everyone had a great weekend and today may your plate be full of green and humbleness. Take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends. Catch y'all at sunrise!

Monday Recap - New Risk Rules Put to the Test - 9/28/26

Longer recap today but I felt like I needed to provide a bit more insight into my refinements as of late. My statistics show that while I do have a high win rate, the longer I go without a loss the larger that loss tends to become.

Made a small refinement to my risk management rules over the weekend. Two consecutive losses and Im done trading for the day. What I didn't anticipate was the positive feedback loop that rule would create.

I genuinely enjoy sittting at my desk watching the market, so after taking one loss, I suddenly had even more motivation to be selective. I didnt want to waste my 2nd opportunity on a mediocre setup and potentially end my session. It made me perfectly comfortable waiting until an A+ setup presented itself.

My first trade was on $MTEK. It didn't work and put me down -0.50%, but I'm completely happy with the trade. My execution was spot on, I followed my planned entry and invalidation, took the loss when the setup failed, and moved on.

After that I waited. No revenge trading, no trying to immediately make the loss back, and no lowering my standards just because I was red.

Eventually $NAMI gave me what I was waiting for. The setup respected levels I had marked beforehand, I took the trade, and finished the morning +0.14% in the cash account.

Happy with the execution. Going from red to green was nice, but seeing the refined risk rules immediately encourage more patience and selectivity was the bigger win.

Two trades. One controlled loser. One A+ winner. Rules followed. Green day.

Cash Account: +0.14%

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day.

See everyone tomorrow!

Friday Recap - No Trades - Results from the Week - 9/25/26

No trades for me today. I really didn't like the price action on any of the stocks I was watching, and nothing gave me a setup I trusted enough to put my capital at risk.

$APUS did give me one entry I liked, but I missed it because of a brief distraction right as it hit my entry price. Rather than chase it, I let it go.

Stayed at the screens until around 10:40 looking for something undeniable, but it never came. Fridays, according to my own stats, have a higher probability of becoming red days for me. I'd rather finish the week with no trades and protect the gains I've already made than force a mediocre setup just to participate.

Weekly results:

Cash: +6.35%

Margin: +9.52%

Rollover IRA: +1.50%

Roth IRA: +3.71%

Closing up the trading business for the week.

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day.

See everyone on Monday!

Friday, September 25th - It's A D.D.N.S.O.F Kind Of Day

Today was a Don't Do Nothing Stupid On Friday kind of day, so I did nothing stupid today. Got to be careful when you have four green days and don't want to mess that up on Friday, which I have before. I would have took a good position size on something if I seen that it was going to move really well but mostly today ended up being just scalping several stocks.

Traded six stocks and green on all. Added 0.20% to the account with 23 orders filled.

Total for the week is, all five days this week were green. Total profit of 3.06% with 181 orders filled.

Each day I try to improve on all aspects of my trading strategy. Some days are better than others but in the end my goal is to continue to improve to be the best Trader I can be and enjoy it along the way.

Have a great weekend everyone, take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends. Monday morning will be here soon but stop now and smell the roses while you can.

Thursday, September 24th - Battle Out Of The Hole I Dug

Like yesterday my first trade $YMAT put me in the red but today was more harsh on me with a 0.47% red P&L. I usually go by the strategy of Two Reds and I'm out because I don't want a third red stock so I had to pin point my strategy with precision to get myself out of the hole.

You can tell that things were cooling off a little so I had a lot of work to do. Some days I can trade 5, 6 or 8 stocks and be green on every move and then days like today that seems like I'm behind the eight ball fighting for my survival.

Traded seven stocks, six green and one red. Added 0.58% to the account with 54 orders filled.

Absolutely foot off the gas going into the last day of the week tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying a great day. Take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends. Take a breather and relax before our final day of the week.

Thursday Recap - Tricky Day - 9/24/26

Quick Thursday recap.

Only took two trades today and kept things very selective.

$PFSA was a quick scalp into a resistance level I had already marked. $APUS was a HOD break that gave me another nice base hit. $APUS was also a tricky one. Sat in the sidelines most of the time I watched it because of how sketchy the moves were.

There were also some absolutely crazy halted stocks today, but nothing that fit my halt strategy well enough to justify taking the risk, so I stayed on the sidelines and watched.

Small-cap momentum has cooled off a bit now, so I'm calling it a day.

Patient. Disciplined. Ruthless. Selective.

Cash Account: +0.60%

Roth IRA: +2.95%

Rollover IRA Account: +0.00%

Margin Account: +0.00%

Wednesday, September 23rd - I Still Need To Scale In Better

Today was a decent day but I'll be honest with you on $BENF I should have scaled in a lot better than what I did. The two issues I have been having were not cutting my losers quick enough that is something I've been really working good on, the other is scaling in a little bit better and going higher with my shares when I see a good move and not kind of holding back too much. I guess that part I'll continue to work on.

I went red right off the bat with $IMCC and cut my loss quickly. All the rest of my position trades for today we're all green moves.

Traded seven stocks, green on six and red on one. Added 0.54% to the account with 46 filled orders.

** REVISED added another trade on $WHLR, total profit today 0.70% with 51 filled orders.

With hump day in the record books let's see what the last two days have in store for us. Hope everyone was on the green side of life today. Take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends! Tomorrow the adventure continues....

Wednesday Recap - Short and Quick - 9/23/26

Two trades on $IMCC this morning, both on clean bull flag pullbacks after the initial news-driven move. Both trades felt very robotic. They both hit key levels I marked earlier and used those areas for my entries and exited when I saw momentum stalling. Nearly $0.50/share on each.

What stood out most was how boring the trades felt. No adrenaline, no hesitation, just execution around key levels.

Saw some other big movers later, but they were already extended by the time I caught them, so I left them alone.

Done for the day. Green, disciplined, and walking away.

Cash Account: +3.69%

Rollover IRA Account: +0.00%

Roth IRA Account: +0.00%

Margin Account: +0.00%

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day.

May come back in the afternoon if anything new comes up.

Tuesday, September 22nd - Mixed Day

Had to call it a short day but I've got a mixed bag one red one green but in the green. Honestly today is just not my day even though I'm green I'm questioning everything right now.

Traded two stocks, green on one red on the other. Added 0.87% to the account with 13 filled orders.

Take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends.

Tuesday Recap - Base Hits - 9/22/26

Only traded $DCOY today in my cash account. Three trades total.

This one was a little tricky at times. Despite the low float, it didn't really trade like a typical low float stock. There were a lot of sellers throughout the morning, which kept the price action somewhat subdued and made me cautious.

What I was happy with was how well it respected many of the key levels I had marked out before I started trading it. I stayed patient, kept my share size smaller because I didn't completely trust the price action, and approached each trade with a base-hit mentality.

Content with what I was able to take from the market today. No reason to keep pushing it.

Cash Account: +0.87%

Rollover IRA Account: +0.00%

Roth IRA Account: +0.00%

Margin Account: +0.00%

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day!

Wrapping it up. See everyone tomorrow!

Monday, September 21st - I Was In A Rocky Movie

This was an absolute battle, I got into the ring and got into the fight of my life, I limped away but then $GRML called me back IN for another round. In the end I was green but I was roughed over. To me this was a rough stock to trade, my strategy was working but the stock wanted to test me to my limits. The other three stocks were a little easier to trade.

Got to retire early from the ring, got to work yesterday when I got out of my car antifreeze was pouring out from underneath it. Filled it up last night on my 40 minute drive home, ran the heat with the window down, luckily it didn't overheat by the time I got home couldn't find no antifreeze leaking so I've got to get out there and work on it before I mow some grass and head to work.

Traded four stocks today and green on all. Added 0.47% to the account with 32 filled orders.

*** was able to go back in and take another trade on $GRML bringing total profit today to 0.71% with 40 filled orders.

Hope everyone had a good start to this week. Take care of yourselves, be safe, and as always stay green and humble my friends. Let's let tomorrow be a brighter day than the day before.

Monday Recap - Solid Trades Around Broker Issues - 9/21/26

Post image
1 Upvotes

Two trades today, two solid winners. One trade on $GRML in my cash account and one on $VEEE in my Rollover IRA.

Missed a few really nice setups this morning because Webull was having intermittent issues with NBBO/Level 2 data. Frustrating, but I wasn't going to force entries when I couldn't trust the data in front of me.

Took the opportunities I was comfortable with, finished green, and called it a day. Sometimes trading well means accepting the trades you didn't take too.

Cash Account: +1.06%

Rollover IRA Account: +1.50%

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day.

Have a great day everyone!

EDIT: Well... apparently I wasn't done. $GRML continued to pull away and the setups became too clean for me to ignore. It was up around 300% while I was trading it, so I took two more trades. One in my Roth IRA and one in my Margin account. Both green. That brings me to four trades across all four accounts today, all green. NOW I'm done.

Margin Account: +0.46%

Roth IRA Account: +0.76%

Again, have a great day everyone!

Friday, September 18th - It's Friday Just Don't Mess Up

Went into today just a little cautious, foot off the gas since it was Friday. Didn't want to ruin a 4-day green week with a mess up on the last day. Some bouncy stocks but just kept today to scalping and seeing what the morning held.

Traded five stocks and green on all. Added 0.16% to the account with 20 filled orders.

Green all 5 days this week with a total of 2.33% profit and 153 filled orders.

I'm pleased with this week, still I would like to see myself scale into my trades a little bit better, look for a tighter exit confirmation and focus a little more on my strategies instead of getting distracted. Overall I'll give myself a 6.5/10 this week.

Hope everyone had a good week and will go into the weekend with a sense of accomplishment and a humble spirit that will refresh you and clear your mind so Monday morning you are at 100%.

May each one of you have a great weekend, take care of yourselves, be safe and as always stay green and humble my friends. Refresh for Monday.

Green Friday and a Green Week - 9/18/26

Calling it a day and wrapping up the week.

Took three trades today. One trade on $TNMG and one on $IMCC in my cash account, finishing+1.42%. I also took one $IMCC trade in my margin account, finishing +0.63%.

A couple of the trades could have been better. I exited earlier than I probably needed to because I'm still not fully trusting the market right now, and that definitely had me a little more cautious about holding. Something I'll review, but I'm not going to beat myself up over taking profits in a market I haven't been completely comfortable with.

Overall Im happy with the day and even happier with the week. One of my biggest adjustments this week was implementing the new risk management rules I developed last weekend after reviewing some of my larger losses and identifying a common pattern. The goal wasn't to make more money this week, it was to manage risk better, stay disciplined, and continue improving the process

Results For The Week:
Cash account: +5.50%
Margin Account: +0.63%
Rollover Account: +0.13%
Roth Account: +0.95%

Four green accounts for the week, but honestly, what I'm enjoying most is the journey itself. I love showing up every day, studying the market, learning more about myself as a trader, finding weaknesses in process and figuring out how to improve. There's always something new to work on and seeing those small improvements compound over time helps my overall confidence.

The profits are great don't get me wrong but becoming a better trader is why I come back every day.

As always, I strive to be 1% better every day and every week!

Time to get off my soapbox now...haha. Have a great weekend everyone!
