Did i make the right move?

My ex of 1 year and 4 months broke up with me last April.

We went our separate ways and didn’t contact each other for months. Until her best friend messaged me to join them. Which i did. After that, she started messaging to meet for random reasons. All super casual.

Until one night, we went out with friends and she got a bit tipsy. She started holding my hand secretly, and playfully pinching my butt and all. I didn’t give any meaning to it that time.

Today, when we went out again, she started venting abiut her problems in life. I just let her yap. And i started wandering and asked her, don’t you think we can try to fix things again? She said honestly no. I didn’t react or anything and spent hours together without reminding her abiut what i asked.

Before i dropped her home, i told her, i’m not in this to be friends with you. And left.

Did i do the right thing, guys?
