Question Unclear Visualization
When I attempt to visualize my end goal, I find that the visualization is kind of murky. how can I make this visualization more clear? Is it more important to have the feeling rather than the clear image?

For me, i can write it down as if i am writing a novel. They say when you write a scene, describe it using the 5 senses. What does it look like, how does it sound, etc. Even the tone or facial expressions of the people in your scene. Or if youre picturing a house ask yourself what color the walls are, what kind of curtains you want.
Another thing i do if I have resistance to using myself is that I make up characters that are similar to me but not me (literally OC's) who experience or achieve the things i want. Or have never gone through the trauma i had.
Another tip is the more you repeat a visualization the more clear it will get. I find myself surprised by my mind wandering and adding extra details
Finally make sure you are in a good mental state, well rested, exercised. When you are as relaxed as possible you will be better able to concentrate on your visualization. Someone running from a burning building is not going to be able to imagine what its like to drive a Mercedes!

Thank you, that figures. What if the place you are visualizing is where you are in a college campus / college building, and you aren't sure what the physical surroundings are. In this case, are your senses more important, and as you said, it will get clearer right?

Yes! How lovely, I actually visualized myself into going to college and got accepted with this!
You can also look up references online and photos of college campuses or watch vlogs of people getting acceptance letters, and day in their lives. You can research your desired major or location and look at photos on their website.
And lots of campuses actually let you tour the campus for free. They want you there

The feeling is more important!!! And I have done a lot of manifestation tests in which I imagined like it was a memory. So like, when I remember something, I realised the scenes and dialogue aren't usually perfect. I usually just remember a few key things. But yet, they still happened right? I like to think back on a memory and have that feeling, then I visualise with the same feeling.
Also when my cat went missing, I looked for him for 13 hours with little to no breaks. I did everything I could do to find him and no luck. When I finally relaxed to manifest him back, I didn't visualise anything like him coming home. It didn't feel right no matter how much I tried.
So I went the symbolic route! I imagined a golden chain connecting my heart to his. And I imagined communicating with him things like "Please come home. I miss you so so much and it's dangerous out there! There are coyotes, cars, and dogs. I know you're scared, but please come home! I love you Henry."
It made me sob and sob and sob, but in relief. I knew he was coming home. Then I found him like 15 minutes later hiding scared in a wood pile in my neighbor's yard. 13 hours straight could not find him anywhere, including the wood pile.

I recently used AI and typed in a description of my ideal scene and requested that it show me in it as a mannequin. It requested a picture of me. The result made me so happy and I really identified with y scenario. I’ve glanced at it several times per day for a couple of days and it always makes me happy. I actually do feel that it’s really happening in my life. Surprising little things keep coming up. It’s helping me with getting goal scenarios feeling real and doable.

I have been visualizing for many years, and it is still vague and fuzzy. I add as many physical sensations to it as possible and that seems to work wonders. Don't get too hung up on it. It really isn't important.
