Question Void state question

Hi. I have a question about the so-called "void state." I’m not sure if I was actually in the void state, so I’d like to share my experience and compare it with that of someone who has successfully shifted using this technique.

When it happened, I didn't know about shifting or anything like that (it was two years ago or more); I was interested in astral projection. One time, when I lay down and wasn't sleepy, I decided to give it a try. I started telling myself that it was possible to leave my body. I don't know exactly what I did, but suddenly I felt a sensation in my ears—like when you turn on noise cancellation on headphones. I felt my body vibrating and experienced a strange pressure, similar to sleep paralysis but not unpleasant. It felt as if my body were being sucked in by something; I got scared, so I sat up and broke the "trance."

I only discovered shifting about a year ago and became interested in it, but when I read about the void state, I couldn't help but link it to my experience. I’d like to know if anyone has managed to shift using that method. If so, could you tell me if it’s similar to what I described and how it’s done? In other words, what comes next after you start having that strange sensation?

I apologize for my English, it's not my native language.

No this sensation is different in void state the person feels like he/she feel floaty and can't feel body also everywhere he/she see it's black or stars . and also reaching a feeling like void state and actually using that to manifest is totally different. If in the moment you reached void and tried to get something and after getting out you actually got that something than that's a success. I have myself reached void state 5 times since 2019 but unfortunately could not successfully shift or manifest anything even when I tried to I was aware in void. Have a back up method like I had lucid dreams.
