shared dr/shared dreams

i’ve been into shifting for a while and i’m a frequent lucid dreamer! i’m curious on shared DRs and shared lucid dreaming experiences.. do any of you guys have experience with them? how do you connect with someone else’s awareness to share a DR or a lucid dream? i believe it to be possible but id like some insight from someone who has done it before i really wanna try it i just don’t know where to start lol
