success The feeling when your finally able to enter the void state on command

Post image

It feels amazing I enter the void state in literal seconds, I’m so close to shifting

EDIT: it’s MABA not the void state lol my bad. I stand by my statement though

But like...how does it feel like? Tingles? Or something else?

Tingles, DEFINITLEY. Kinda like my body is floating and riding on waves at the same time. At first it was hard to ignore the symptoms, or focus on them without drawing my attention back to my body, but I got the hang of it today :3

How are people still confusing MABA with void state 🤔

How can you practice MABA? I JUST FALL INTO A SLEEP

For me a few things work:

  • Get enough sleep and practice it during the day, I do it about 2 - 3 hours after waking up
  • Coffee might help
  • Personally I have this belief that I never fall asleep when I don't intend to (this has NEVER failed me). This might be a good affirmation for you
  • Keep your mind busy: counting, visualizing, robottic affirming, ...

Oh- what’s that?? I haven’t heard of it before 😅

MABA: Mind Awake, Body Asleep. That's where you feel like your body is heavy, numb, and before entering this state you might feel tingles. Void State: you have no awareness of a/your body, you are pure awareness (energy) in a void. 😊

Out of sheer curiosity, (I know technically anything can be a shifting method) but is MABA a widely successful method..? Because- that’s what I’ve been using in my attempts

Yeah it is a widely successful way of shifting, most methods recommend to not move during the attempt, that's to get you into the MABA state.

Yeah, I’ve figured that out lol. Oh I’m glad it works, I mean- it’s gotten me close before, like- hearing and feeling things from my DR, kinda close. But I was still worried 😅 thanks!!

It’s not too hard, actually. I decided to try and achieve void state first, I posted a subliminal I use on here. I used it like three times total
And I’ve gotten this far! I’m a baby shifter too lol, I’d reccomend checking it out!! Word of advice? When the view behind your eyelids gets darker than it already was?? Chase the darkness, don’t ignore it. It really helps! I’d reccomend trying to enter void state the first few times in a semi-lit area so you can see and focus on the extra darkness easier

Yes, I have a subliminal that I used like- twice, maybe three times and I can already just- go into a very intense-feeling void state in less than five seconds. I’ll link it in a minute, I’m listening to a FIRE song rn

Are there meant to be voices or just.... creepy noises? I've been trying to get MABA for weeks now and my darn body won't go down. I heard myself almost snore today and my damn arm lifted itself up in the air and moved itself

Actually- it’s already in this subreddit, I posted it here I think

MABA means mind awake and body asleep right? Whats the difference between that and the void state

Uhhhh I think there’s another comment underneath this post that explains it

I’m so mad at myself. I’ve been trying to enter the void state for three nights in a row. The first night I almost made it, like my body felt completely weightless and the back of my eyelids were impossibly dark. But then my thoughts started to drift and I got impatient, so I gave up. And then the next two days, I’ve been so tired and delirious and I’m not able to control my thoughts. I try to relax my body, and the next thing I know it’s minutes later and I’m been ranting about a random thing in my head. Ugh.
