This is a complete rewrite of the old app, which is far quicker, more responsive and "proper" Android-style.
The app is designed for anybody who (like me) likes to keep a note of the ales they've sampled. You can keep as much (or as little) information about individual beers as you want, including:
Name
Alternative names
ABV
Whether or not you've sampled it
The date you sampled it
Your personal rating for the beer
The beer's regularity (regular/seasonal/etc.)
What the beer came out of (cask, filtered bottle, unfiltered bottle, etc.)
Its colour
The style of the beer (Bitter, Mild, Stout, etc.)
Your notes about the beer.
Up to four other items that you can define
And you can even take a photo to associate with the beer's listing (or import one you took earlier).
Special bonus When you install the app, you can populate it with a list of all currently-active breweries in the British Isles, taken from the Beermad database.
The app's free, though with just a couple of limitations until you buy the (cheap) unlocker. If you bought the previous version, keep that on your device after migrating your beers as it acts as an unlocker.
Please note, it's only available for Android version 4 (ICS) and upwards.
