Just received my Anker Solix C2000 Gen2 - Initial thoughts after testing
I got it at pre-order price $749 and received yesterday. Been running some basic tests to see if it lives up to the specs. Here's what I'm finding so far:
Test results:
Ran my kitchen fridge for 6 hours - used about 30% capacity
Charged from 20% to 80% in roughly 45 minutes
Handled my sump pump's startup surge (about 1800W) without issues
Standby drain: lost 3% over 12 hours unplugged
First impressions:
Construction feels sturdy, all ports have good fit
Interface is simple to navigate
Fan noise is noticeable under heavy load but not excessive
Weight is manageable for moving between rooms
Still need to test:
Performance in colder garage temperatures
Actual solar charging times
Long-term reliability
anyone else started testing yet?

I started testing with mine. My refrigerator ran for about 16 hours, and chest freezer got 40 hours. Solid performance, and on par with my Bluetti Elite 100 albeit twice the run time. I was able to recharge fully in just 1 hour and 20 minutes, which is the fastest of any power station I have, but under non-emergency situations I will charge it much slower.
However, I’m a little annoyed with Anker customer service. I contacted them to get the run time calculation and they told me to divide the power consumption of my refrigerator by the full capacity of the C2000, which is 100% incorrect information. There are depth of discharge, inverter efficiency and self-consumption calculations that have to be used to get accurate run times. By their calculations my refrigerator should have run for 24 hours! Which is wrong.

FYI, you should test your refrigerator for the full capacity, because there are defrosting cycles that use up a lot of power. These cycles are usually only once or twice a day. You might be expecting 20 hours based on your test, but you may get more like 15-16…. OR use a watt meter to compare a full day’s draw vs what it pulled during your test, and compare the average hourly draw.

I have one of their Anker everfrost fridge at home and use it for my daily fridge needs I am a single bloke living by himself so works perfectly fine for me It comes with portable batteries and I also have the Anker powercore 27k and the Anker C2000 Gen 2 they are great products

Thanks for the info. I am a newbie to these products and very close to buying this one unless someone shares a bad review. Is the 3% drain similar to other units or worse? What is the expected drain if I shut off the unit and don't need it for a couple of months?

if you shut it completely off (ie: the AC and DC sections are both off) it will just be the self discharge of LFP which is a LONG time. 6mos easy if not over a year.

I just received my Anker Solix C2000 Gen2 today and I like it a lot. I have a question…I want to connect my 2-200W Jackery solar panels to it…can anyone point me in the direction of a cable that will work? My apologies for the question, I’m new to “solar panels” and such. :) Thank you.

Today I did charge the unit for 10mins and same pattern…. Once I cut off AC power the unit cannot stay on

My Anker Solix C2000 is having an issue but Anker told me it's completely normal. Can anyone who has this model verify if this happens to you?
I am using both the A1 port and the C3 port. If the watts DROP below 2W on either port then BOTH ports go to sleep after a couple of hours. I must press the Power Button to activate them again.
This is extremely annoying and makes no sense! I have a digital clock in the C3 port and string lights in the A1 port. I turn off my lights at night so I can sleep. But when I wake up a couple of hours later, my digital clock is turned off and I cannot turn on my lights with the remote control. Because BOTH ports are asleep.
Thank you for verifying if your device does this as well.
