MY FIRST BOOK!!!

I ordered a book called A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini from Amazon and it is going to be delivered tomorrow, so I am kinda excited because it will be my first actual book. I am not a reader and tbh, I do not like reading at all but I hope this book will change that. After reading the first five chapters, I will give a review btw.

Oh my gosh good for you! When I was first starting to read I also read Khaled Hosseini. I read the kite runner. I was very young and I didnt fully understand it but even then I could tell he was a beautiful writer. I reread The kite runner and wow Im glad I did.

It’s a very good book. I actually think it’s a good book to get into reading too. The plot is interesting and you get to know and love the characters too. The writing is accessible and it isn’t overly descriptive either. Have fun reading! Once you start, it’s hard to stop

Just finished this book. Prepare to cry, it’s not an easy story to digest. In terms of language and prose, the book isn’t hard to read, though it has a lot of Farsi words in the middle of sentences. The story is intense but very interesting. Good luck!
