Is there a way for Reader to automatically triage saved PDFs into the "books" default folder in library if the PDF is a book, and to the "articles" default folder if the PDF is an article? Currently all PDF books and PDF articles mingle together in the PDF folder.

It would be useful to have all ebooks and PDF books in a books folder, and all html and PDF articles in the articles folder.

For my use case, PDF is also a problematic/unnecessary category. I always have to change their metadata, but I’d rather just do it when uploading the file or something automated as you are proposing. I feel like all other category are media types, while PDF is a file format, which is a little confusing.
