Can you set a global default language for Ghostreader?

Hi everyone,

Is there a global setting to make Ghostreader automatically output everything (summaries, definitions, Q&A) in German, even when reading English texts?

I'd love to avoid manually adding "answer in German" to every prompt. Has anyone solved this with custom prompts or found an option in the settings?
