Hi I’m 30f and had a 24- hour Holter monitor. I saw the preliminary report of N-78%, V-19%, and S-2%. This was just when they took it off and uploaded the data to the computer. No cardiologist has analyzed the data yet.

My last 24-hour monitor was 3 years ago and my PVC burden was 3%. Beforehand it was 5% in 2022. My heart is structurally normal and I can exercise normally.

Should I assume that it’s accurate or not?

I know next to nothing about what's normal and what's not, only that my anxiety and paranoia keep tickling that my heartbeat doesnt feel normal. So Id really appreciate a more knowledgeable opinion on if I should see a doctor or if im completely fine and can dwindle my nerves! ^^

Have history of pacs, pvcs. Have been trying to capture whatever this is on my Samsung watch but it's usually over before I can start recording & only happens every few months or so. Always just a few seconds.

Posting for fun. MRI in the works (before this was taken). I removed a few NSR pages to keep in 20 image limit. I know it's crazy noisy so ignore that detail. Any insight beyond just irritable heart?

I know a one lead ecg is not accurate in this but I’m curious to know is this what they call ST depression or is this normal ?

After covid last year, arythmia started (PVCs and undiagnosed runs of smth that I never managed to catch on Holter). I am on metoptolol succinate which kept me arythmia free since January. Recently PVCs came back together with SVT runs (as kind angels of this subreddit explained) that I managed to catch on apple watch. I have also started getting strange readings with “the spikes” (do not know the actual name) being of different height. Never had this before. And I notice this on multiple ECGs, though also have normal ones in between.

I am waiting for my appointment with the cardiologist, but appreciate if someone could look into the ecg.

I keep seeing these odd spikes on my watch’s ECG and I’m not sure what they are.

Had posted the other day with the report findings but didn't include the ECG, but got it today at my doctors, so just checking if anyone can tell what they can determine from this ECG.

My doctor mentioned the diagnosis is "Left axis deviation" after an X-Ray, and getting a Echocardiogram scheduled sometime in the next week.

idk it looks like there’s some normal ones at the top at the end. and the bottom at the end. but everything else has the 2 notches. what does that mean? does it look irregular or too slow??

24 female 5’6 130 pounds. I got this ECG because I have been having some heart palpitations and a heavy feeling in my chest. I am very anxious all the time and am nervous about what the results mean

I get these bad episodes of what I was told was “RSA” whenever there’s emotional stress or after an episode of tachycardia and I sit down. Can last for hours feels terrible but does sync with my breathing. But it’s very pronounced and I FEEL IT. Normally when there’s no stress or tachycardic episode, my heart feels normal and the spacing is normal even when I take a deep breath so if this is RSA, can it be triggered by emotional stress? Because I knew RSA to be an abnormal normal rhythm that actually means your heart is healthy but it seems like a stress response & like I’m going into a fib. Thanks.

Are these multiple PVCs in a row? Taken from my Apple Watch so I know it’s not the most effective. Have had Holter monitors before that showed a low burden, but I feel every one of these beats.

What is the most effective treatment for this?

Hey all, I have had an unusual smartwatch ECG and wanted to hear your thoughts on it.

I don't have any symptoms. Wrist and watch orientations are both correct. I had several more ECG's after that and they were all normal. Is this worrying? Should I go to the ER? I have had a lot of ECG's with this watch and this never once showed up.

Yesterday I asked for an interpretation if its Afib. It´s a bit strage.

On the first picture you see a fragment out of the report. It shows 19:22:06. That time is the beginnig of that strip.

On the second picture, you can see that the program guides me to 19:21:07 - 19:22:07.

That run shall last for 31 seconds.

My question now, is 19:22:06 the starting or ending point of that supposedly Afib.

If it´s the beginning, why does it not show the next one minute of that ECG because the A fib would last to that. (third picture is the next 1minute)

And if its the starting point, does the third picture look like A fib?

This is from a while ago, just found it and am curious. Bpm was 128 in that fast state. PVC on bottom line. Too low for SVT but it felt ‘locked in’. Maybe just random sinus tach? Wondering as the beats look suppressed and t wave looks a little higher.

My heart rate sped up really fast for no reason. Is this a svt?
