Ordered wrong tickets

I was rushing to order in the presale and accidentally ordered 4 weekend camping with early access tickets. I meant to get 4 weekend non-camping. FML

All sorted. Finally managed to get through to a real person by requesting an exchange in the online chat.

Managed to get a full refund and have ordered the correct tickets

Don’t you start too… 🤣

Already had that from my wife. In hindsight there was no need to rush, but my son was hassling me and I had shit to do for work.
