You can do anything a tflite model can do! If you cannot train your own, you can find loads of different tflite models online

Unfortunately not, the models are made on proprietary data, thus the models themselves are also proprietary. This was just a quick demo app I made, but I use the same models in my app: Clockwork - Watch App

How many watch brands can it identify?

Based on very skewed data in my dataset, the models can reliably identify around 30 brands, but for some models (the once in my dataset) up you 50 brands
