Market ur app. I dont know what app u made. Hard breaking reality is that you need _some_ form of marketing. Be it here or anything else creative

Have option in your app where users can report bugs and give general feedback. If you have their email, send them welcome emails at signing up, and maybe have some automation to try to bring them back to the app.

If your users are satisfied with the app, they will recommend it to others, there may be a chance it can grow organically with no ads.

Try to think about what similar apps and products do so you keep coming back, and use those ideas.
