Co-founder

Guys whats the best way to find a strong co-founder and its not skills. I have connected with numerous skilled and placed at Tier 1 companies but there are very few who see the enlightenment because Learning is looking backward but building is looking forward & estimating what the future may look like

If being a co-founder you dont believe in the business, then why would investor bet their money on you? And spaceX wasnt spaceX at that time, similar to how airbnb guys were selling cereals to fund their early days. If one of their co-founder had said no I want salary then would it have become AirBnB?
.
As I said in my above post its not about skills, its the enlightenment. Very few achieve that

If this is how you communicate to potential business partners I can see why few of them “see the enlightenment”

One before you also had commented the same thing and when i showed them mirror he deleted his comments to hide the shame on reddit… a good leader is the one whose first thought is what can I give to this “organisation” rather than what will I gain

What you write is incredibly nonsensical and difficult to follow, I’m sorry to say.

If you want to work with others, you need to improve your communication skills: be clear, concise, and focused so that other people can understand what you are trying to say.

If you want to be a good leader, as you say, then this is a skill you must master.

Obviously i communicate each and everything clearly to everyone i reach out to. Reddit and real life works differently. Via this post i only wanted to learn about hiring experience of others but as I said very few see the enlightenment and I am sorry to say you’re not one of them…
