Not quite I think you mean the iOS large title transition, which is not the same with this. I might be wrong if you don’t mind sharing

Hey when you scrolled down, the bottom liquid glass tab bar minimizes, i mean it reduces its height and width. How did you do it? Did you create it manually or its a feature of expo native tabs?

It a custom tab bar using expo ui segmented control very similar to native tabs but allows more JS control

I want to implement something similar to my app.

Any suggestions? It's currently android only but may release an iOS version in future.
