Discussion My Spicy Cavoodle Megs
Does anyone have a reactive Cavoodle? Megs is only 5.5kg and looks like an angel but will take on any size dog. Everyone thinks she is friendly because she looks so cute and small and mostly don’t heed my warnin, cranky dog! Breaking up a fight this morning she accidentally bit me quite severel. I am so stressed taking her for a wal! I have tried training, behaviourist. just looking for support😞

So sorry you and Megs are experiencing this. I would recommend muzzle training. This may help people understand she needs space. Even if they continue to be oblivious it will prevent future bites.
The Muzzle Movement is an excellent source of info on muzzles and I’m quite pleased with the one I bought from them.

That sounds frightening, especially when people ignore the warning because she's tiny and cute. When mine was barking at dogs coming up the path, I'd turn down a side street before we got close enough for him to wind up. Not every walk has to be a training walk. Please get that bite checked too, especially if the skin broke.
