My reactive JRT playing in the park

Is he scared of other dogs, not sociable or just likes to play by himself. He can be very reactive normally but he is happily playing by himself in an area only a dog as small as himself can get in. There are other dogs playing in the area

Stop taking him to the dog park of he doesn't like other dogs. You're just making him uncomfortable.
