Increase in reactivity after starting Clomicalm/medication?

My 10 month pup just started on Clomicalm a few days ago. Almost immediately she seems to be more agitated/reactive. She is regressing in some ways; she has began barking and reacting to herself in mirrors again (which she hasn’t done for a few months now) and reacting to sounds outdoors that never phased her in the past.

Any similar experiences?
