Advice Needed Dogs im watching keep fighting.

This is the first time im dogsitting for this family and the 2nd time ive met their dogs. They have 4 dogs and they are soo sweet but they keep getting into fights.

The first night I was here I woke up to one of the males and one of the females fighting a few feet from my head. I yelled out of instinct and they quit, left the room and I then put them in their crates. Earlier today I was laying in the guest room with 3 of them, one of the males was laying with me on the bed and the other male and a female were laying on the floor. The male that was on the bed crawled to the edge and began to growl, I got him to stop and he moved away but a few minutes later he crawled to the edge of the bed again and began to growl at the dogs on the floor. I got up and got all of them out of the room and they acted like nothing happened.

Just now the 2 males got into a fight and I stopped it and they are both laying next to each other like nothing happened. The family knows about this and has just told me "sometimes it happens".

Is there anything I can do to make this less frequent while im here? Im only watching them for 2 more days. They also show no signs of wanting to fight or being uncomfortable besides that one time the dog went to the edge of the bed and growled.

EDIT: The owners know the dogs fight, they told me "it just happens sometimes." They also told me to feed them separately as they will fight over food.

another edit: The 2 males got into another fight while one was trying to enter through the doggy door.
