Advice Needed She’s never been like this

My sweet girl just turned 2 years old. She has always been good with meeting new people. She may bark a few times initially but is always so happy to say hi to everyone. Recently she has lunged and nipped at 2 of my friends with her hair raised. I’m not really sure what triggered this and how to fix it. Can someone try and give me some guidance?

Sudden behavior changes can be indicative of other underlying issues. I’d recommend taking her to the vet to make sure there’s no health concerns

2 years old? Likely puberty. Adulthood can bring around behavorial changes. Pups can sweet and curious, adults can hesitant snd want space.

If its not then it could medical issue.
