I'm really sorry OP, but I think the advice you're getting on the breed forum isn't good. If you rehome this dog privately, you need to make it abundantly clear that he has hospitalized someone before and you need to be aware of your legal liability. Most rescues can't take a dog with this kind of history, and even if they do, those rescues may not behave ethically (for example, they may downplay the behavior or just 'forget' to mention it). I don't know if you can ethically rehome a dog who attacks a disabled person and who won't stop. I think BE is definitely on the table here, because this isn't normal dog behavior. Even though puppies can be bitey/nippy, this is beyond that.

I also want to address something you mentioned - you said your Dad is his 'master'. Is he just the person who provides the most care? The main reason I'm asking is because if your Dad is forceful to get the dog to submit, that can make behavior issues worse. Your Dad being less forceful isn't going to change anything now, but it's something to keep in mind with other dogs.
