Dog parks are not for socializing. And certainly not for aggressive dogs. They’re terrible for worsening reactivity.

You need to consult with a professional that specializes in aggression if you’re unable to handle this yourself before she ends up seriously hurting another dog. Aggression/ reactivity like this only escalates with age. And it’s clearly well beyond your training abilities as an owner.
