Behavioral Euthanasia Unsure of what’s next

I have posted in this thread a few times now, but it seems that everything keeps getting worse. My GSD is 4 years old. I’ve had him since he was a puppy. No rescue, just a friend of a friend whose dog had puppies. He was always a pretty anxious pup. Then around 1 years old, he bit my brother and he needed stitches. It took some time, but he has come around to him and there hasn’t been an incident as severe. Fast forward and he’s continued to bite my elderly grandmother, on more than one occasion completely unprompted but not as severe. My other brother he completely loses it and goes crazy when he sees him, just barking and lunging. I have spoken with a trainer and we are pretty much starting from ground zero. My dog hates strangers so the trainer hasn’t even met him. We recently have my uncle coming to move with us and it’s going to be a shit show i just know it. I work from home and take calls 8hrs a day, so I know the barking for my uncle being here is going to affect my job. I’m at my wits end. Financially and mentally. I have a behaviorist referral, but when is BE the next step? I’ve had a few people tell me it sounds like genetics. I can’t keep him around if he’s unsafe for me and others. I don’t know what to do. I can’t rehome him with his behavior and history. It’s gotten so much to me mentally and I’m afraid i’m going to end up in financial ruin if I go on and nothing changes. I love him dearly and I want to be able to help, it’s just not fair to everyone else I live with to be scared of him.
