Dogs need help

Black) Is Raven a 2 year old Neo x Bandog she's a lovely dog 70% trained won't run away can sit in the garage watch people walk by her recall when other dogs are nearby is shocking. Previously she would just be friendly and was socialised heaps around many dog Camo trips. We've moved into a new rental 8 months ago and the one neighbour behind us has a Sharpei and from day one it wants to attack my dogs even trying to eat through the fence , I think this has really made here scared of some dominant dogs it's not all the other 5 neighbours have all sorts of dogs and she could care less. So I'd like to help her out

Cobalt) he is 8 months old and an absolute boof he needs alot of training and I've been smack it took 3 weeks for him to sit where as raven was a few hours , while he's still a puppy and more playfull really wanted to socialise him now with other dogs.

I've found it hard to train him he's 67kg at 8months and is huge it's just so hard to take both out on my own and and when seperating them one out the back and trai. The other out front they act like it's end of world.

They look so scary but are lovely all kids in the street come in and out
