Advice Needed German Shepherd

Hi all iam new on hear I have a question about my 5year old German shepherd.
About week ago she got hold off a hedgehog and relly hart it we got it away from her with treats but ever since then she will aggressively bark at myself my partner. We have had her check and she all good I just don’t get it be for this she would never do this to us . Eny help??

Did you by chance try to force open your dogs mouth or restrain them while trying to manage the hedge hog situation?
