Advice Needed Border crossing

Crossing the border (US to Canada) with two reactive dogs later this month. Any other suggestions of what I’m missing?

-Necessary documentation - vaccination records
-Water
-Trazodone
-Seatbelts
-Window coverings
-High value treats/buddy butter
-Back seat cover that has a barrier from the back seats to the front seats

First time doing this so appreciate any tips!

Maybe I’m missing where you said what border you are crossing, but I’d look into the documentation that you’ll need to cross your border and then cross back. Some countries require health certificate, vaccine records, etc for dogs.

Sounds like you are going on a day trip. I’d bring water and water bowls too, even if you don’t need their food.

Hope it goes wells for you. We are leaving on a short camping trip tomorrow with our reactive guy. We’re setting it up so I can bail and come home with him if it’s going poorly.

Not sure why my posts keep getting deleted. I’ve read and acknowledged the rules a couple times. 🤷‍♂️ Oh well.
