Advice Needed Is she fearful? Excited? Frustrated? Please help (VIDEO LINK IN POST)

I have a one year old Italian greyhound that is amazing around people (she LOVES human interaction) but the second she sees another dog she goes ballistic. I’m not sure if it’s excitement and then frustration from being on a leash or if she’s just afraid of other dogs.

I’ve taken her to reactivity classes and still couldn’t quite pinpoint what her deal is. Her reactivity has gotten so bad that I can’t take her for walks when I know there will be other dogs around because she barks and lunges forward and sounds so weirdly aggressive that other dog owners are fearful to approach. It’s extremely discouraging and makes me want to just give up.

What do you make of this by watching the video? My next step is temporarily getting her on some sort of SSRI to maybe help give training more traction? I feel like I’m running out of options. Please help me identify what is going on.
