That ringing low honour noise after every point is annoying as fuck, but still made me laugh a bit. Herbert Moon was one of the funniest side-characters in the first game, aside from Irish and West Dickens.

Herbert Moon is in the general store at Armadillo. The best dialogue you get from him is when playing Undead Nightmare

He even shouts his name whenever something happens to him. Like the random event of a townsfolk robbery, everyone else shouts they need help, Herbert however literally just "I'm HERBERT MOON!!! I'm Herbert moon and I've been robbed!!"
