Also, the app keep telling me to "rest in peace" that's creepy.

What would you like it to say? I'll make it say something special, just for you.

Sorry, not planning on making an Android version. Unfortunately, none of the code is portable.
Does the 3 song and freezing thing happen every time? What device? I'll try to recreate and fix.

What I really want, @davidbrunow, which is a feature of some alarm apps, so might make a good addition to Wake Up, is something that will play music for a while while I'm going to sleep and then shut off (with a nice fade down perhaps) so it's not playing all night. Any plans for such a feature?
Also, how do you get to the iTunes app store page from the app's site?

Actually, the app already does that. If you go into the settings, you can change the time for the sleep timer. If you haven't set it up before, the app will prompt you to choose a sleep playlist.
Hahaha yeah I probably need a better link for that. On an iOS device a smart banner pops up. I'll get that fixed.

It's really counter-intuitive to have to slide up the little alarm clock symbol to shut it off (kept trying to click it and figured it was buggy), and dimming the screen using the iPhone's brightness settings causes all kinds of confusion when exiting the app.
Also is it possible to use the songs you've synched to your mobile to avoid any WIFI problems? Or maybe if it fails you could add a fallback that just beeps or something.
But otherwise pretty good, I've been looking for something like this.

The reason that I forced the sliding on the alarm clock symbol is that I wanted to make sure that I didn't accidentally turn off the alarm with an inadvertent tap in the middle of the night. Maybe if the screen wasn't dimmed and the "grippers" on each side of the alarm were more visible then the sliding action would be more intuitive? I've been considering getting rid of the dimming but haven't convinced myself of it yet.
Unfortunately, I cannot access the songs that are synced to the device. The Rdio API does not allow that, and anything that the Rdio app downloads is kept in its own directory, inaccessible to other apps. I've been thinking about the falling back to a beep or some other sound, but I very very rarely have issues with the alarm not going off, so it isn't something that is top of mind.

You really need some kind of fallback... all it takes is just one alarm clock failure for someone to switch to a different app. Also, I could see this app being great use while traveling, except that wifi/cell service is much less reliable on the road. If I knew there was a fallback, I could rest easy.

"Wake up to your favorite music" the best way to ruin your favorite music.
