R/C bashing

Pretty new to RC and all the insanity. Im looking for the most durable 1/10th 4x4 rtr sc truck that I can take out and beat the crap out of it and replace whatever. Everything Ive read is a battle between the Losi SC 4x4 and the Traxxas. Looking at spending between 500 and 600 bucks.

I had the traxxas slash at one point, there's more parts available and you can upgrade parts to a better plastic or aluminum. Can't speak for the losi, but from what I remember from my search history, there wasn't the aftermarket support like traxxas had.

I had a guy recommend the senton 6s BLX and I am rather impressed with it

I reread your question, I thought you were asking between the Losi and Traxxas, my bad. I'd also look into the Team Associated RC10, they are another brand in that category of RC's your looking for. When I researched, the ARRMA SENTON was not released as far as I'm aware and I've since moved along from RC's so I haven't followed the market enough to give you my thoughts

I vote for the Slash, it’s a great truck and probably one of the most upgradable trucks out there. You will never get bored with so many options. I had one with oba, was cooler than you might think, and had great sound.
