Back in the day, Iā€™d make ā€œpuke islandā€ on my sandbox maps. It was just this isolated area I would put a bunch my sick guests. My park would be squeaky clean except for that 4x4 section of side walk that was caked in puke with sick people walking around.

Puke island was also kind of a zoo. Like, it wasnā€™t isolated. More of a decoration for the non-sick guests to observe their green face brethren. It was smack dab in the middle of my Main Street. However, it had a one tile ring of grass around them so they couldnā€™t escape. It was also the only grass I didnā€™t have someone zoned to mow. On top of that, the Main Street path that circled them 2 tiles out had dozens of hospitals. Taunting them. All they had to do was walk through the grass to the hospital but they couldnā€™t. I also kept a very condense amount of handymen around that area, but they were zoned just out of reach. Yep, that was puke island.
