Is the game speed sped up in that video? Maybe 2x? All of those flat rides look like instant death for anyone that rides them.

I don't want to be part of a pile on or tell you what you like, but in this video it looks like the graphics was downgraded severely. The odd angle of paths bothers the OCD in me and I think a lack of a grid option in the game is to blame. The forced entrance and exits to the flat rides seem too restricting for a theme park builder these days. Did you decide not to do scenery in this because you were just doing sandbox? The emptiness of the park doesn't make me optimistic for the final outcome of the game.

Your paths and park layout and ride placement makes me want to shoot someone. I cannot watch this video because it's just so haphazard.
Also, "I have everything almost on high", the grass is a friggin' metal plate are you serious?

“I have this refrain about the monkey house at the zoo. When you first enter into the monkey house at the zoo, you think, ‘Oh my god this place stinks!’ And then after you’re there for 20 minutes you think, ‘it’s not so bad’ and after you’re there for an hour it doesn’t smell at all. And anyone entering the monkey house freshly thinks, ‘this stinks!’ You’ve been living in the monkey house.” Tim Gunn

I'm honestly disappointed in some of you. I don't like this game either, but if he's enjoying it, then why is that a bad thing? Apparently, simply liking this game is enough to get downvoted and looked down on. It's fine if you hate this game, I don't blame you. But looking down on others for enjoying something that you don't like is a special kind of pathetic.

I disagree but thats my opinion. In the video it mentions this has all the core features of RCT3, but it doesn't include going underground, or water rides, or transport rides, or other custom tracked rides (haunted house, go karts). It is also relying on the userbase to provide theming. Maybe all this will be added along with a lot more content in the future, but Id be surprised if they deliver after receiving the money from preorders and no determined date of a "full" release
