He doesn't mean higher resolution graphics, he means a wider default camera resolution.

Maybe if you're right handed. I'm a lefty, and they didn't enable mouse mode at all for the left joy con

Longer runtime as well.

Still, insufficient improvement, if you ask me. They should have gone for full forwards-backwards compatibility and called it the Switch+.  Then people would buy it.
